An anti-terrorism court in Lahore has acquitted another seven activists of Tehrik-e-Labbaik Pakistan (TLP), reported 24NewsHD TV channel.
Anti-terrorism special court’s judge Ijaz Ahmad Buttar announced the decisions.
The acquitted accused included Mufti Naseem, Mufti Umar Farooq, Altaf and others.
TLP lawyers Shahzad Ahmad Bhatti and Mian Mohsin Advocate presented their arguments after which the judge set them free.
Manga Mandi police had registered a case against the accused in 2021.
