The Civil Aviation Authority (CAA) Friday issued a new travel advisory for air travelers, making face masks no longer a requirement on flights, reported 24NewsHD TV channel.
Passengers, above 15 years of age, who have been vaccinated against coronavirus, will be able to travel within country by air.
Completely vaccinated passengers, above 12 years of age, will also be able to travel within country.
Passengers, under the age of 12, can also travel within country without a vaccination certificate.
Passengers, who have been instructed by doctors not to be vaccinated for any reason, will be able to travel after producing the medical report.
Foreign travelers, under the age of 18, can also travel without the corona vaccination certificate.
Passengers, exempted from the corona vaccination certificate, will be required to show a Corona PCR Negative Report.
Pakistanis, deported from foreign countries, will have an exemption from the vaccination certificate. However, they will have to undergo Rapid Antigen Testing at airports for diagnosis of Covid-19.
Before arriving in Pakistan, all passengers will have to enter data on the Pass Track app.
