The government has announced revised prices of petroleum products for the upcoming fortnight, 24NewsHD TV channel reported on Saturday.

According to the Finance Division, the petrol price went up by Rs 3.72 per litre.

With effect from December 1, it added that the petrol price has been set at Rs252.10 per litre for the next two weeks.

High-Speed Diesel (HSD) price has surged by Rs 3.39 per litre and the new price is Rs 258.43 per litre.

The new price of Light Speed Diesel is Rs 151.73 per litre and kerosene is Rs 164.98 per litre.

The notification states: “Ogra has worked out the consumer prices of petroleum products as per variation in the oil price in the international market.

"It has accordingly been decided that the prices of petroleum products for next fortnight starting from Dec 1, 2024, would be slightly revised.”
