Former model Iffat Omar, one of the witnesses in model Meesha Shafi’s sexual harassment case against pop star Ali Zafar, Monday demanded security, citing threats from Ali Zafar fans, reported 24NewsHD TV channel.

Iffat told Lahore’s court that on the last hearing, pop star’s fans resorted to sloganeering against her, pressuring her to take back her statement against the pop star.

The judge remarked that if such an incident had taken place at the court’s premises, then the court would look into it.

“And if it has taken place outside the courtroom, then submit an application to the session court for the registration of an FIR,” the judge said.

In the end, the court asked the former model to approach the session court for the purpose.
