Govt raises LPG price by Rs10 per kilogram

The government has increased the price of Liquified Petroleum Gas (LPG) by Rs10 per kilogram for the month of February, reported 24NewsHD TV channel.

The Ogra issued the notification regarding the raise in LPG price after which the price of domestic LPG cylinder has gone up by Rs119.12. The eleven-and-half-kilo cylinder will now be available at Rs2,439.

The new LPG rate has been fixed at Rs206.77 per kilogram. In January, the LPG had been sold at Rs196.67 per kilogram.
