Federal Kashmir Affairs Minister Amir Muqam has raised the demand for a solution to Kashmir according to the UN resolutions.
Addressing a press conference in Muzaffarabad, he expressed his gratitude to Kashmiris for staying away from the PTI riots on May 9 last year.
“We are grateful to Kashmiris for not being a part of the May 9 incidents.”

“Under the leadership of Shehbaz Sharif, we only talk about Kashmir and want solution accosting to the aspirations of Kashmiris,” he added.
He lashed out at the last PTI government for failure to play its due role for the cause, saying: “On August 5, 2019, India changed the status of Kashmir when this person (Imran Khan) was ruling.
He added: “Imran has nothing to do with Pakistan. He has nothing to do with Kashmir. He is self-centred.”
“The privileges he gets in jail are not available even in a guest house.
He continued: “A journalist was killed in Kenya. He (Imran Khan) used to say that Pakistan forces killed him.
“What is happening on social media is unacceptable.
“In KP, the chief minister speaks loud against us and the next day he wants to meet us”
The minister also listed his govt feats and vowed to continue taking measures for the betterment of AJK.
