Sheikh Rashid visits Pindi Stadium to review arrangements

The Australian cricket team is all set to end the 24 years of absence and feels sound and safe in Pakistan as Federal Interior Minister Sheikh Rashid Tuesday visited the Rawalpindi cricket stadium to look after the preparations for the Pak-Aus series and also review the security arrangements, reported 24NewsHD TV channel.
Shedding a light on the arrival of the Australian team to Pakistan after a long wait, the federal minister said: “The arrival of the Australian team is a matter of great honour for the country”.
Sheikh Rashid said that the Prime Minister has directed to construct a new stadium and a five star hotel in Islamabad. For this purpose, the Capital Development Authority (CDA) will soon issue a contract in this regard.
Sheikh Rashid further said that India who was resorted to wicked tactics, when New Zealand toured Pakistan, now threatening the family members of the Australian team. He concluded that the country will foil all the Indian conspiracies.
