Two female trainee medical officers at Hayatabad Medical Complex have been quarantined after getting coronavirus, reported 24NewsHD TV channel on Friday.

The trainee doctors were treating a suspected patient of coronavirus in the Gynae Ward of the hospital. As a result the rest of the doctors of the ward have been quarantined at their homes.

Moreover, Dr Rahim Gul from THQ Hospital Sada is also now suffering from the coronavirus and he has been isolated at his home.

Islamuddin, a lab technician of Hayatabad Medical Complex also tested positive for coronavirus and male nurse Khalid in Lower Dir has also been affected by the coronavirus.

As per statistics, the number of corona patients in the province has now crossed 2,600.
