The Advisory Council of Pakistan Tehreek-e-Insaf (PTI) has suggested that the party’s long march on Islamabad should be organised after June, for the participation of the workers will be limited in May due to intense heat of the summer, reported 24NewsHD TV channel on Sunday.
It is suggested by the PTI’s Advisory Council that the party’s long march on the federal capital should be delayed because it will not be able to achieve its desired goals with participation of workers in limited numbers.
“If there is a sit-in in Islamabad, the participants will not stay for long. The small number of participants in the sit-in protest will convey a negative message,” said the Advisory Council.
After Eid, the Advisory Council will send its suggestions to PTI chairman Imran Khan for further consideration and approval.
