Protest demonstrations against Mastung suicide blast, in which 60 people have so far lost their lives, were held in different cities of Balochistan and Sindh on Sunday, reported 24NewsHD TV channel.

Just like in other parts of the province, on the call given by Ahle Sunnat Tanzeemat, complete shutter down strike was observed in Hub as all businesses remained shut in the city.

Office-bearers of the organization demanded strict action against those involved in the terror attack.

Business centers remained closed in Kalat as well, while workers of Ahle Sunnat Tanzeemat held a protest demonstration at Shahi Bazaar Chowk.

Addressing the gathering, the speakers demanded the government to bring perpetrators of the ghastly act to justice.

In Kashmore, Sindh, Pakistan Sunni Tehreek took out a rally from Qadri Mosque to District Press Club.

Addressing the protestors, the speakers said they were in tears over the tragedy as the terrorists attacked the procession taken out in connection with the birthday of the holy Prophet Muhammad (PBUH).

They expressed deep sorrow over the loss of lives in another terror attack that struck Hangu, Khyber Pakhtunkhwa (KP) on the same day.

They threatened the government with countrywide agitation in case the terrorists and their facilitators were not brought to justice.

The speakers regretted that the security arrangements made around the procession’s route were inadequate.

They were of the view that had those involved in Nishtar Park terror attack been taken to the task, such a horrific incident could have been prevented.

They also lashed out at the federal and provincial ministers for not visiting Mastung to share the grief of bereaved families.

The government of Balochistan had yesterday announced three-day period of mourning in the wake of incident of terrorism.
