Punjab Excise department upgrades transfer and registration of vehicles system

Punjab Excise and Taxation Department has upgraded system of transfers and registrations of vehicles which is likely to be implemented from September 5, reported 24NewsHD TV channel on Friday.

In this regard motor branches across Punjab including Lahore will remain closed till September 5 due to upgradation.

In this regard, Additional Director General Excise has issued a notification for revamping Punjab.

According to the text of notification it will be transferred to the new system for the first time after 2005.

However, the motorcycle registration system will be restarted from September 5, the notification revealed.

Checked by transferring to new system on 1st September which is found accurate.

In case of any complaints that will be resolved by September 5.
