Ali Rehman extends condolences to girl who lost father to COVID-19

Acclaimed actor Ali Rehman Khan has extended his condolences to a girl who lost her father due to coronavirus.

The actor urged his fans to stay at home and should take this virus issue seriously.

Taking to twitter, the actor wrote: "My deepest condolences for you and your family. May Allah grant him the highest place in Jannah. Ameen."

He further adds, "Please everyone stay at home for the sake of your parents, elders and everyone else that you love. #COVID-19 cannot be taken lightly."

The death toll from novel coronavirus in Pakistan rose to 31, after five more people died in the past 24 hours.

According to the Federal Health Ministry, the new deaths were reported from Khyber Pakhtunkhwa, Punjab and Sindh provinces.

The number of infected cases in the country also rose to 2,291, with medical conditions of nine patients critical in hospitals.
