Finance Minister Shaukat Tarin said the innovative projects are on the cards for the urban middle and lower-middle-income earners – the people hit hard by the rampant inflation.

As the previous governments did nothing for agriculture in 10-20 years, the prices of imported stuff have been surging, he said.
Oil prices in the international market kept going high because of the Ukraine crisis, he said and hoped the situation will better as soon as this crisis is overcome.
During visit to China, bringing in industries and projects will be the agenda, he said stressing that begging from Beijing is out of the question.
