A five-member larger bench headed by the Chief Justice of Pakistan will hold the hearing of the suo moto notice of Arshad Sharif's murder on Thursday, January 5.
According to the 24News HD TV channel, the Supreme Court on Monday issued notices to the parties for the hearing on Thursday.
As per the report, the Supreme Court has sought the interim report of the investigation from the special Joint Investigation Team (JIT).
Chief Justice Umar Ata Bandial, Justice Ejazul Hassan, Justice Mazahir Ali Akbar, Justice Jamal Khan Mandukhel, and Justice Muhammad Ali Mazhar are included in the bench.
