Pakistan Muslim League (PML) president and former prime minister Ch Shujat Hussain Thursday said the doctors and para-medical staff performing duties in Corona Wards in the Centre and the Provinces should be paid double additional salary in addition to their monthly salary out of the Corona Funds.

He also proposed to allot the resident doctors 10-marla plots through balloting in the housing societies and the society who takes part in it warmly should be given tax relief and this should be implemented forthwith.

Ch Shujat Hussain said the prime minister should sign this plan on behalf of the federation and the chief ministers on behalf of the provinces.

He said the doctors and medical staff should also be paid special funds other than this so that they realize their importance is much more than all.
