Screenwriter, poet and producer Asma Nabeel has passed away after being diagnosed of breast cancer seven years back.

Miss Asma is the brain behind various blockbuster Pakistani projects as she is the one who wrote the scripts for Khaani and Khuda Mera Bhi Hai, two Pakistani drama serials which were exceedingly applauded.

The screenwriter has a master’s degree from the University of Karachi.

However with a sad heart, we are announcing that the talented writer is no more as she was diagnosed with an extremely harsh and demanding ailment of breast cancer seven years ago and that made her go through an extensive treatment for quite a while.

Asma Nabeel passed away on 2nd July 2021.
