Federal Interior Minister Sheikh Rasheed called on Prime Minister (PM) Imran Khan in Islamabad and reported to the premier about Sindh law and order and the Kuwait visit.
The minister briefed the PM about his meeting with Chief Minister Syed Murad Ali Shah. Sheikh Rasheed also met the Rangers DG.
The premier greeted the interior minister on the restart of Kuwait visa service after a decade. Sheikh Rasheed told Imran Khan about the issues being faced by Pakistani inmates and workers’ sufferings.
Last week, the prime minister directed the interior minister to visit Sindh and report to him so that an effective strategy could be devised in collaboration with the security forces to deal with the poor law and order situation.
