A court on Thursday extended the interim bail granted to Saira Anwar, third wife of former Punjab chief minister and PTI Central President Chaudhry Pervaiz Elahi, in a money laundering case until March 16, reported 24NewsHD TV channel.

Additional Sessions Judge Ghulam Rasool also ordered Saira to cooperate with the investigators.

The FIA, which says say Saira is a central character in a money laundering and offshore company case, also issued a show-cause as well as a call-up notice to Saira in which she had been asked to provide details of her non-transferable properties; inside as well as outside the country.

She was also asked to provide details of her cars, bank accounts, the investment she had made, and the loans she had borrowed.

She was asked in the notices to prove within 30 days that her assets were not used to launder money.

Saira was directed to appear in person before the FIA team along with all the record.
