Prime Minister Imran Khan drove a car in Islamabad Capital Territory without protocol on Sunday to review plantation drive and development work, reported 24NewsHD TV channel quoting its sources.
Capital Development Authority (CDA) Chairman Amir Ahmed Ali accompanied the premier on his visit to the federal capital.
Imran Khan visited Argentine Park, Trail-V, Marghazar and Margalla Road and reviewed the recently planted trees at the sites.
The CDA administration briefed the Prime Minister about the ongoing development work.
The premier also inquired and checked the repaired roads of Islamabad.
The sources claimed that no official of the Prime Minister Office (PMO) accompanied Imran Khan during his visit of the federal capital.
Earlier in the day, Punjab Chief Minister Usman Buzdar also visited different areas of Lahore without protocol and reviewed the situation of lockdown in the city.
