State Bank of Pakistan (SBP) Banking Services Corporation MD Ashraf Khan has been proposed to be promoted as the new Deputy Governor.

According to the 24News HD TV channel, the final decision to appoint him a new Deputy Governor of State Bank would be taken after the cabinet approval

The Finance Ministry sources said Ashraf Khan was appointed Managing Director (MD) of the SBP Banking Services Corporation on February 1, 2019.
