The Motorway was shut down from Babu Sabu in Lahore as thick fog laced with smog blanketed the whole city on Thursday morning, reported 24NewsHD TV channel.

The Chief Traffic Officer (CTO) Lahore has appealed the citizens to drive safely.

After the closure of the Motorway, load on Lahore city’s other exit and entrance points has been multiplied.

Meanwhile, Motorway2 from Thokar Niaz Beg (00km) to Pindi Bhattian Interchange (116km) which was shut down due to thick fog has been reopened for traffic.
