Pakistan Muslim League-Nawaz (PML-N) President Shehbaz Sharif met with former prime minister and PML-N supremo Nawaz Sharif at Jati Umra in Lahore on Thursday, reported 24NewsHD TV channel.

PML-N Vice President and Chief Organizer Maryam Nawaz and Shehbaz’s son Suleman Shehbaz were also present on the occasion.

Sources told 24News that both PML-N leaders discussed the country’s political situation, their corruption cases, the awarding of tickets for elections, the party’s manifesto as well as the party’s narrative.

Similarly, they added, the PML-N’s general council meeting to be held on November 4 also came under discussion at the meeting.   

Sources disclosed that Nawaz and Shehbaz also discussed the steps they could take to address the grievances of its former ally in the Center, PPP and other parties.
