Two children were burnt to death when a house in Mir Muhammad Jagirani village near Khewari, Khairpur caught fire, reported 24NewsHD TV channel on Monday.
The deceased kids were identified as five-year-old Masoom Hussain Gull and two-year-old girl Shehmeeran.
‘Hardened criminal’ held in Kashmore
On the other hand, Kashmore police, in three separate operations, arrested three alleged offenders, including Raheem Dashti.
SSP Kashmore Mir Rohail Khoso said that Dashti, who had become a symbol of terror in the area on account of his gruesome crimes, was also a mastermind of Sagar Kumar’s kidnapping, which was a high-profile case.
The other two, he added, were Ijaz Ahmad, a proclaimed offender, and Islah Bangwar, who was wanted in 11 cases of kidnappings for ransom, robberies and other crimes of heinous nature.
The SSP went on to say that the police were going ahead with their operation against the dacoits of katcha area.
He informed that weapons were also recovered from the possession of those taken into custody while the police were questioning the outlaws.
