Martyrs of Bannu suicide attack laid to rest

The Bannu blast martyrs were laid to rest, 24News HD TV channel reported Saturday. 

Key figures, family and friends attended the funeral.

Naib Subedar Sanobar Ali (aged 43, resident of Khanewal District), Constable Arif (aged 41, resident of Lodhran District), Constable Imran (age 38, resident of Khanewal District), Constable Aftab (aged 44, resident of Bahawalnagar District), Sipoy Rasheed (age 24, resident of District Qamber Shadadkot), Sipoy Zeeshan (age 24, resident of Kotli District), Sepoy Haseeb (age 21, resident of Leh District), Sepoy Ahmed (age 25, resident of district Lahore) and Sepoy Waris Ali (age 19, resident of Okara District) embraced martyrdom in the suicide hit.

Nation pays tribute to these heroes who sacrificed their lives for the safety of the motherland.

The armed forces reiterated their anti-terrorism resolve stressing that such cowardly acts of terrorists cannot shatter the resovle of the brave sons of the soil.
