Balochistan Bar Association (BBA) Monday filed a reference against Justice Mazahar Ali Akbar Naqvi in the Supreme Judicial Council, reported 24News HD TV Channel.
The BBA requested the judicial council that the audios related to the Honorable Judge are very important.
The Bbar requested the council that according to the constitution and law, action should be taken against the judge.
The Bar said all the evidence and circumstances damage the judge's reputation while his sons are practising law in Lahore and he is using his authority illegally to patronize them.
The Bar added that due to the patronization of the father, sons of the judge are appointed as lawyers in high-profile cases.
In the reference, the Balochistan Bar also said that the judge has made assets beyond the income so he should be removed from office for the trust of the people and the bars.
