A girl was shot dead hours before her marriage in the Sundar area of Lahore on Thursday.
According to 24NewsHD TV, police have arrested two close relatives of the girl on suspicion of their involvement in the murder case and are investigating. Cantonment SP Operations Dr Ghayoor Ahmad Khan, 24 years old Ayesha was shot dead inside her house hours before she was going to marry her cousin who she was in love with.
Soon after the incident, police reached the scene and collected the evidence. Police have arrested two of the girl’s close relatives, one is her sister’s husband and the other is her cousin. Police are investigating the accused.
