Farheen Ishtiaq, the lady who went against the stereotypes of society and fought all odds against her for the survival of her family, posted a video on her Instagram talking about the depiction of her life in a Hum Tv drama portrayed by Yumna Zaidi.
The Iron lady, who drove a motorcycle on Uber to run her family’s financial circle says in her video that she has not really seen the drama herself, but from what she is told by her kin, the drama is totally her story from the very first day till date. She further says that Yumna Zaidi, the actor playing her character is the very best actor and her favourite too and that she is trying and giving her best in playing her part in the drama and both her real life and Zaidi’s reel life show struggle but they are worlds apart.
In dramas and movies, you get sad, hurt and also might shed tears but in real life, when you face struggles, the different phases going on in your life, what actions you take and the consequences they have, it is all very different. When you see your family and children suffering, you cannot bear them in pain and you forget all about yourself and kill all your wants and desires. You don’t even care about what dress and shoes you are wearing. The only thing you care about is to run your kitchen and get a roof over yours and your family’s head.
The Parizad actress, Yumna Zaidi is working on a new drama with Hum Tv under the name of Bakhtawar in which she is the lead role. She is playing the role of a very down-trodden girl in a very backward village facing huge problems that most of us cannot survive. She fights against them and rises to support herself and her family.
