Armed men opened fire on the house of a man who married a girl of his choice six months ago and kidnapped his wife near Kandiaro, reported 24NewsHD TV channel on Saturday.
According to police, three persons including the man's father were injured as a result of the firing by the armed men.
The injured were taken to the hospital for medical assistance while the man's father, Shahid Jokhio, was shifted to Nawabshah due to his critical condition.
When contacted, the police said that the relatives of the girl were angry with her husband over the love marriage.
Police said a team has been formed to arrest the accused.
Victim Hasnain Jokhio said that his wife should be recovered otherwise the accused will kill her.
