An online taxi driver allegedly assaulted a woman who had booked a ride in Lahore's Sabzazar area, the 24NewsHD TV Channel reported on Friday.
According to the Sabzazar police, the incident occurred near Karachi Puli, where the driver dropped off two women at their home after completing the ride.
The police said the accused driver then allegedly followed them into their home and allegedly assaulted one of the women.
The police have registered a case based on the victim's complaint, and the woman identified the vehicle's number, aiding in the investigation.
