Two people were killed while several others were injured in a road accident at Garhi Dopatta Budhyara in Hatyan Bala in Azad Jammu and Kashmir (AJK) early Sunday morning, reported 24NewsHD TV channel.

According to reports, a coaster, heading from capital Muzaffarabad to Chakothi, fell into Jhelum River at around 5:00 AM in the morning.

Soon after learning about the incident, Rescue 1122 personnel rushed to the spot and shifted the dead as well as the injured to a hospital.

The deceased were identified Raja Tariq, the coach’s driver, and Hamid Akram.
