In a concerning turn of events, the United States is grappling with the mysterious deaths of Indian-American students, with the latest case involving Shreyas Reddy Benigeri in Ohio.

This marks the fourth such incident within a month, raising questions and prompting thorough investigations by local authorities.

Shreyas Reddy Benigeri, a student at the Lindner School of Business in Cincinnati, was discovered deceased, prompting an ongoing police investigation. The Consulate General of India in New York released a statement on Thursday, expressing deep

sorrow over Benigeri's untimely demise. The Consulate clarified that, at this stage, no foul play is suspected, although the investigation is still in progress.

The consulate is actively liaising with Benigeri's family, who have been informed about the tragic incident. The family is set to receive all necessary assistance from the Consulate, and Benigeri's father is expected to arrive from

India shortly.

This unfortunate event follows the recent death of Neel Acharya, a student at Purdue University, who was found near the university airport. The string of tragedies also includes the fatal attack on 25-year-old Vivek Saini in

Georgia and the death of 18-year-old Akul B Dhawan at the University of Illinois Urbana-Champaign, who was discovered with signs of hypothermia.

The circumstances surrounding these incidents remain under scrutiny, and concerns are mounting within the Indian-American community as authorities work to determine the causes of these untimely deaths. The broader

implications of this disturbing trend are yet to be fully understood, but it underscores the need for heightened awareness and vigilance among students and authorities alike.
