Federal Commerce Minister Dr Gohar Ejaz met UAE Ambassador Hamad Obaid Ibrahim Al Zabi and Pakistan’s Ambassador to the US Masood Khan, 24NewsHD TV channel reported on Wednesday.

During a meeting with the Pak envoy to the US, the minister said holding a conference for marketing Pakistani products in Washington came under discussion.

Major US brands will be invited to the conference, the minister said, adding that Pakistan wants to increase bilateral trade with the US.

Gohar stressed that there are vast investment opportunities between Pakistan and UAE and the states are taking steps to increase bilateral trade.
