The Pakistan Super League (PSL) is set to hold its player draft for Season 10 on January 11, 24NewsHD TV Channel reported on Friday.
According to the channel report, player registrations are ongoing, with Sri Lanka's Pathum Nissanka confirming his participation for the upcoming season.
Meanwhile, preparations for the ICC Champions Trophy 2025 are gaining momentum. A crucial meeting, chaired by PCB Chairman Mohsin Naqvi, will take place tomorrow to discuss key issues.
Sources reveal that the meeting will be attended by Chief Operating Officer (COO) Samir Ahmed Syed, PSL CEO Salman Naseer, and directors from all PCB departments.
The agenda includes forming committees for the Champions Trophy 2025, finalising PSL 10 drafting arrangements, and deliberating on the establishment of an ICC sub-office in Lahore.
In a significant development, the ICC is set to establish a sub-office in Lahore later this month to facilitate preparations for the tournament. The ICC has also designated PCB COO Samir Ahmed Syed as the Director of the Champions Trophy 2025.
