The Federal Investigation Agency (FIA) has launched a crackdown on suspected child pornographers and the persons accused of involved in the crime.
On the directives of FIA director general, the cybercrime wing sprang into action and arrested three suspects from three cities – Karachi, Faisalabad and Gujranwala on Friday.
The agency claimed that it took the action on the basis of data got from the Interpol and other international organisations.
The raiding team confiscated suspicious stuff and registered a case. Further investigations are underway.
The wing woke up to the issue days after an incident of alleged sexual harassment from an elite school made headlines.
