Two workers were burnt to death while the third one was seriously wounded after a foam manufacturing factory at Kamoke, a town adjacent to Lahore, caught fire, reported 24NewsHD TV channel on Friday.
The fire that started due to the explosion of a cylinder engulfed the entire unit in no time.
Soon after the incident, seven fire brigade vehicles and over 25 personnel of Rescue 1122 reached site of the fire and managed to extinguish the blaze after the hectic efforts of over three hours.
Those who died were identified as Waheed and Aqeel.
They were both cousins and belonged to Mansehra in Khyber Pakhtunkhwa (KP).
Rescue officials shifted the dead as well as the injured to District Headquarters Hospital, Gujranwala.
It is worth-mentioning here that already there had been two fire incidents at the same factory.
