‘Benazir’ welcomes Bilawal Bhutto in Lodhran

The PPP’s long march, led by Chairman Bilawal Bhutto Zardari, arrived in Lodhran on Thursday where it was accorded a rosy welcome by Jiyalas including a newborn babygirl whose father had named her after Benazir Bhutto to express his love for the late party leader, reported 24NewsHD TV channel.

On the occasion, the girl’s father Muhammad Rafique expressed his love and admiration for the Bhutto family and said: “I already decided to name the newborn after Zulfiqar Ali Bhutto if he is a boy or Benazir Bhutto if she is a girl.”

PPP city president Sheikh Tahiruddin maintained that the party workers warmly welcomed their chairman and added: “Today, people of Lodhran have shown their allegiance to the Bhutto family.”

The whole city had been decorated with party flags and colourful banners.
