Bad news for students of Islamabad colleges

November 3, 2022 04:42 PM

Transport charges for students in Islamabad’s model colleges have been increased to Rs1,500 from November 1, reported 24NewsHD TV channel on Thursday.

According to details, transport fares for model colleges were raised amid soaring inflation.

Previously, there used to be Rs4,000 charges annually for transportation. However, it will now be mandatory for students to deposit their quarterly charges of Rs4,500 on advance basis. The bus facility will be cancelled if the charges are not deposited.

Moreover, the transport fee must be deposited by the 10th of every month.

Additionally, the college administration also informed that there will be no change in the route of the college buses.
