Former interior minister Rehman Malik has said the Pandora Papers revelations will be more dangerous than the Panama Papers leaks, 24NewsHD TV channel reported on Sunday.
Many bigwigs will be exposed, he said while addressing a press conference in Islamabad. He said the wealth of big guns from the politics, media, judiciary, defence and bureaucracy will be exposed.
Regarding talks with the defunct Taliban groups, the former interior minister insisted that the parliament must be taken into confidence on the matter.
The Tehreek-e-Taliban Pakistan (TTP) must be held accountable for the killings of thousands of innocent people, he said, adding that they (the Taliban) have never been loyal to Pakistan.
A total of 25,000 members of TTP are in Afghanistan and another 7500 members from Afghanistan have joined hands with them, he said.
There is no good or bad Taliban as they are the crooks that never be good, he stressed. He also raised the demand the killer of Benazir Bhutto Shaheed should be handed over to Pakistan. He said the country's last resort is CPEC as just China is the state that has been standing by Pakistan.
