Punjab Home Minister Col (Retd) Hashim Dogar said that the provincial government is providing security to Prime Minister Shehbaz Sharif according to his position.
According to the 24News HD TV channel, Punjab Home Minister Hashim Dogar said in a tweet on Friday that security from other Sharif family members has been withdrawn.
The provincial home minister said in the tweet that security from Punjab Police has been withdrawn from the Sharif family. Only Shahbaz Sharif will be provided security according to his position (Blue Book).
