CM Naqvi pays glowing tributes to martyred cops on Police Martyrs’ Day

In his message on the Police Martyrs’ Day, Punjab caretaker Chief Minister Mohsin Naqvi Sunday paid glowing tributes to the great sacrifices of all police martyrs, reported 24NewsHD TV channel.

“The police department has always rendered exemplary services as a front-line force for maintaining peace,” the chief minister said.

“Shaheed SSP Ashraf Marth, Shaheed Captain Mubeen and other martyrs of police will always live in our hearts,” he added.

“The police martyrs and their eternal sacrifices are our precious asset which can never be forgotten. On Martyrs’ Day, we express complete solidarity with the families of the martyrs,” he stated.

“A nation, that honours its martyrs, is always victorious,” he pointed out and added that there would be no compromise on honouring the martyrs.

“The Government of Punjab is with the families of the martyrs every moment and will be with them. The care and welfare of the families of the martyred policemen is the responsibility of the government, which is being carried out in an effective way,” he vowed.

“The Punjab government will continue utilising all resources for the welfare of the martyrs’ families. The Police Martyrs’ Day is a day to remember the great sacrifices of the brave sons of soil,” he added.
