The Punjab Education Department has started procedure to outsource 2,903 government schools during third phase of privatization, reported 24NewsHD TV channel on Wednesday.
During the third phase, a school with one hundred students and two teachers will be outsourced while upgraded high schools will also be privatized.
All middle and high schools who are operational in the province without teachers will also be out-sourced during third phase.
It is necessary to mention here that during first phase around 5863 government schools were out-sourced while 4453 schools were out-sourced in second phase.
Around 13,000 government will be privatized in third phase. After completion of out-sourcing process, only 35,000 government schools will be left for Punjab government.
