A Lahore High Court bench constituted to hear petitions against the jurisdiction of the caretaker government has been dissolved, 24NewsHD TV channel reported on Saturday.

Reportedly, the LHC CJ constituted a larger bench headed by Justice Ali Baqar Najafi a couple of days ago to take up the matter.

Justice Abid Aziz Sheikh, Justice Muzamil Akhtar Shabbir, Justice Rasaal Hassan Syed and Justice Asim Hafeez were the member of the bench 

The bench has been dissolved after Justice Rasaal Hassan Syed recused himself on medical grounds.

It has been reconstituted and Justice Shahid Karim has been included. Earlier, a three-member full bench was formed to hear the petitions.
