Pakistani singer Aima Baig recently made an appearance on Ahmed Ali Butt's show 'Excuse Me' where she discussed the talented emerging Pakistani music artist Nehaal Naseem

During the candid conversation with the host, the ‘Malang’ singer Aima Baig actually mentioned that Nehaal copied her completely, from head to toe.

Here are the exact words of Aima:

“There is one girl I feel very proud of, and that is Nehaal. I remember how she started, and then she sounded exactly like me. If I have to tell someone about one of my proudest moments, it’s this that I’ve also achieved, because she literally, like, totally copied me from head to toe.”

When questioned if it could be considered a compliment, she stated:
“It is an achievement for me that I inspired someone so much that they impersonated me.”

And concluded it by saying:

“She even copied me; she looks wise.”

But unfortunately, this statement from Aima became a reason for trolling, as people started accusing her of copying other celebrities and criticized her for saying it to Nehaal.

Some even went as far as claiming that Nehaal's recent song 'Sadqay' is better than Aima's entire career.

Aima also expressed her views on overrated Pakistani singers, stating that she believes female artists in the country are not overrated but rather underrated.

It's worth mentioning that Nehaal Naseem is a young and versatile artist who gained significant popularity in the music industry with her debut track "Beqadra" in 2023, followed by a cover single of "Ijazat."

Recently, she collaborated with Aashir and Nayel Wajahat on the single "Sadqay," which achieved tremendous success globally, topping music charts and gaining significant traction on social media platforms.

It's impressive to see how Nehaal's talent and collaborations have resonated with audiences across borders.
