Punjab Chief Minister Maryam Nawaz on Sunday formed a 14-member Punjab Bait-ul-Maal Council.
Punjab Bait-ul-Maal Secretary Javed Akhtar Mahmood has issued a notification in this regard. Some senior leaders of the ruling Pakistan Muslim League-Nawaz (PML-N) have been made part of the council.
Mardan Ali Zaidi, Amir Majeed, Aleem Majeed Awan, Muhammad Shoaib Butt, Mian Salamat Ali, Aneela Akhtar Ali, Qamar Saleem, Khalida Farzand and Samra Nazeer are now part of the Punjab Bait-ul-Maal Council, which aims to provide financial assistance to deserving people.
