Calligraphy exhibition in connection with Eid Miladun Nabi begins

Chief Minister Parvez Elahi’s aide Umer Sarfraz Cheema along with Al-Hamra Executive Director Muhammad Rafiullah inaugurated a special event in connection with Eid Miladun Nabi, 24NewsHD TV Channel reported Monday. 

As many as 180 artists have shown their skills at the exhibition-cum-competition of calligraphy titled ‘Muhammad (PBUH)’ at the Alhamra Art Gallery The Mall.

Artists, students of various educational institutions and art lovers showed up at the event

The CM adviser heaped praise on the artist for demonstrating their skills. Speaking on the occasion Cheema laid stress on following the teaching of Prophet Muhammad (PBUH)

More than 250 artworks were displayed in the exhibition. This exhibition will continue till the 12th of Rabi Awal.

He also came down hard on the federal government, saying: “In our country, thieves and dacoits were given power. They demand an investigation by forming a judicial commission regarding the cypher. After investigation, the facts should be put before the public.”
