Former PTI MPA Nazir Chohan appeared in an anti-terrorism court in an old case pertaining to launching an attack on a police party in Lahore, reported 24NewsHD TV channel.

The former provincial lawmaker is now facing the erstwhile quashed case of vandalism.

Chohang police had declared ex-MPA Nazir Chohan, Saad Nazir, and others ‘innocent’ in the case.

However, the court rejected the report submitted by the police regarding quashing of the case against the former member of the Punjab Assembly.

Anti-Terrorism Admin Judge Abhar Gul Khan will hear the case.
