Pakistani wrestler Inam Butt has become champion of World Beach Wrestling for the third consecutive time, reported 24News HD TV channel on Saturday.
Butt defeated the Ukrainian opponent by 3-0 in World Beach Wrestling Championship’s final round held in Italy. He defeated Romanian wrestler in the semi-final by 3-0. Earlier in his first and second matches, Butt had defeated Ukrainian and Greek wrestlers respectively.
Belong to the city of wrestlers—Gujranwala, Inam Butt had won the gold medal at the World Beach Wrestling Championship held in Turkey in 2018 by stamping his supremacy in the 90kgs freestyle final against his Georgian opponent with a rousing display of all-around performance.
