The caretaker Chief Minister (CM) Punjab, Mohsin Naqvi has visited the District Headquarters (DHQ) Hospital in Sargodha, reported 24NewsHD TV channel on Monday.

According to the details,  the hospital management rushed towards their duties including the Medical Superintendent (MS) of the hospital due to the surprise visit of CM Naqvi.

Upon hearing of CM’s raid, the senior surgeons of the hospital who were absent from their duties, immediately left their private hospitals and reached the public hospital.

After CM Punjab’s surprise visit, the district mananagment and the police officers also reached the hospital.

The families of the patients filed complains to CM Naqvi about the absence of  medical facilities in the hospital including the negligence of doctors and the shortage of medicines.

After knowing the hospital's sitution, CM Naqvi lashed out at the hospital’s Medical Superintendent and ordered an inquiry against his corruption worth crores of rupees.

The CM also issued orders upgradation of the hospital wards including the children's ward.
