Former prime minister Khaqan Abbasi said after the approval from PDM President, show cause notices have been sent via WhtasApp to PPP, ANP over violating PDM decisions and sought reply within seven days, reported 24NewsHD TV channel.

He was talking to media persons outside the Accountability Court in Islamabad.

Abbasi said PDM had issued show cause notices to two parties PPP and ANP with the approval of President PDM Fazal-ur-Rehman over violating PDM decisions.

He said notices have been sent via WhatsApp while the original copy will be given during the Senate session today held.

“PMD has given seven days to PPP and ANP for the reply. The reply will be presented in the PDM summit that will decide on the next course of action,” he further added.

Abbasi said it has been written on the notice that PDM will not make this notice public but if both parties want to make these notices public they could do that.

Khaqan Abbasi also said the government’s capacity of taking U-turns is increasing as we have recently seen in the South Punjab secretariat case.

PMLN senior leader said that Punjab Assembly has passed a resolution for Bahawalpur and South Punjab province while the performance of the government was in front of everyone.

“First, this government did not form a province then they set up the South Punjab Secretariat but did not give them powers. This government take U-turn on its already taken U-turn.” He said PMLN is standing with the 220 million people of the country.
