A speeding dumper struck a motorcycle near Lucky One Mall in Karachi's Federal B Area, killing a young rider on the spot, reported 24NewsHD TV channel.
The dumper overturned in front of Lucky One Mall after hitting the motorcycle.
People were so outraged by the driver's carelessness that they tortured him and set the dumper on fire.
On the other hand, police also reached the spot and arrested the driver.
The incensed citizens also assaulted other dumper drivers and broke windows of dumpers.
